Thanks to everyone who came, it was great!

Here are the highlights:

1. Race for the Cure!
Sign up for the Race for the Cure team here:
https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/StartUp.aspx?TSID=167763
There is a button that says ‘Join our Team’ that will take you to the registration.
You can sign up to ’sleep in’ for the Cure, which means you are a race participant, but you don’t have to get up early on Saturday.

2. Pretty in Pink:
We are having a Pretty in Pink Party to celebrate Race for the Cure on October 25th. The party will go from 6:30 until 9:30 and we will be asking you wonderful ladies to bring desserts or hor’derves. I will send out an e-mail splitting up the group closer to the event. I ask that everyone RSVP by October 20th. Vicki R. has graciously allowed us to hold this event at her home. Get Excited!

3. Dues
Dues are $35.

Here is the information for the September Meeting:

We will be discussing the coming year, Race for the Cure, and other Philanthropy Ideas. Please bring your best ideas to help our community. Also bring your checkbooks as we will be discussing dues.

There will be snacks, but I would recommend eating before you arrive.

It’s RECRUITMENT TIME!

Everyone get excited because our awesome Zeta Chapter here in Knoxville need our help.

Here’s the schedule of events:

Saturday 8/18: Open House
Monday 8/20: Philanthropy Round
Tuesday 8/21: Philanthropy Round
Thursday 8/23: Skit Round
Friday 8/24: Skit Round
Saturday 8/25: Preference
Sunday 8/26: Bid Day!

The chapter needs help with the following:
Pickup Dinner on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Dinner will be paid for, the chapter just needs some ladies to bring it to the suite.
Preparation for Preference: They need help making lemonade and cutting Strawberries

We will also have a list of things that they will need help with at Bid Day soon!

Let me know if you are available to help out the chapter.

Thanks to everyone who came to the PF Changs dinner! It was great seeing everyone.

Dues: Dues are $35 dollars for 2007. Please contact myself or Celeste to pay your dues.

Meeting: There is a meeting on Monday, March the 5th with the collegiate chapter. For more information, shoot me an e-mail at mjstone@gmail.com.

Not only will we have a chapter meeting on Tuesday, February 27th at 6:30 at PF Changs, but there is also a meet-and-greet with our collegiate counterparts.

Here is the message from the chapter:

“The meet and greet will be held on Monday, March 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Panhellenic Multi Purpose room. Childcare will be provided by your Zeta sisters in the Zeta Tau Alpha suite. We ask that you bring a $5 donation and RSVP if you plan to attend by Wednesday, February 28th.”
